I'm Alessio Proserpio, owner of AP Solutions and co-owner of Kaizen Athletica. Okay…that's my situation now, but what happened before? Let's take a step back to when I was 12 years old.

In my spare time, I created banners and YouTube thumbnails for gaming channels (at the time it was one of my passions, like most teenager). Subsequently, still during middle school years, driven by a strong passion for music and by my obsession with Martin Garrix, I decided to open my YouTube channel where to post some of my little creations (just imagine how much fun my friends had making fun of me 😂). Now I don't produce music, but that period helped me a lot to start learning how to use graphic design and video editing software.

Over time I continued to cultivate my passion and I used the gained experience to start working as a freelancer. I found my first client at 16, shortly after the pandemic started. Indeed, during one of the many boredom moments in quarantine, I said to myself: why not try to transform what has always been a passion and a hobby for me into a job? And that's how I started sending the first emails to the YouTubers I already followed to offer myself as a video editor. How did these emails go? Not bad! In fact, it was in this period, at the age of 16, that I started working for my first client (Giulio Ramazio).

I continued my career even during the last 2/3 years of high school and it was really hard to combine everything. However, after years of sacrifices, I graduated in June 2022 with honors and immediately afterwards I did what I had wanted to do for years: dedicate myself full-time to my business.

In the last few months I have decided to enlarge my reality and to create a team of young and smart boys and girls to offer my service to more people. In fact, if you want to keep the quality of the service very high, a single person is limited to having a maximum of 2/3 long-term customers. So, driven by the satisfaction of my customers, I decided to let more people try my service, without having that limit anymore. My clients (with whom I have a relationship that goes beyond the working one) have helped me a lot in achieving my mission by posting in their Instagram stories the recruitment form, in order to use their large following to select the best resources.

The result? We are now the top choice for every creator and brand in the personal care industry that needs a video editor or graphic designer, and this, as you can see from the reviews, it's not me saying it.
